Eventus Whole Health delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide mental health services in accordance with Eventus Whole Health site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine related to long-term care facilities.
Quality/Compliance
- Deliver high-quality clinical care addressing various adult psychopathologies
- Operate independently while collaborating with a psychiatric team of MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, and PAs
- Receive supervision from a psychiatrist focused on mentorship, with opportunities for customized training
- Participate in educational activities such as monthly case conferences, journal reviews, and team meetings
- Collaborate with primary care providers and psychotherapists; all patients will have access to weekly psychotherapy sessions
- Work alongside a medical assistant partner to support scheduling, charting, and administrative tasks
- Utilize an integrated EHR system across services

Qualifications/
Education:
- Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and a valid state license to practice medicine; current certifications required
- OR
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Passed the national certification exam by the NCCPA
- Licensed as a Physician Assistant in your state
- Geriatric, family, or psychiatric specialization preferred
