RN New Grad- Medical​/Surgical​/PCU Rotation

Overview

Maria Parham is offering a unique opportunity only to New Graduate RNs! As a New Graduate RN it is important to gain as much education and exposure to various aspects of nursing as possible early in your career and what better way to accomplish this than by completing a rotational program through the Medical Unit, Surgical Unit and PCU? This experience will allow you to continue to build fundamental skills, build confidence in your critical thinking ability and feel stable and self assured in your knowledge base.

These units provide a challenging environment with a diverse population, every day presents a new opportunity for learning and no two days are the same! The knowledge and experience you will gain on these units will provide you with the foundation for the rest of your career.

At the conclusion of a 12 week rotation, you will work with your management team to determine the best permanent placement within these 3 units, knowing you are fully prepared for anything! If that is not incentive enough to try this unique program, we are also offering a $2500 sign on bonus!
