Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven clinical experience in women's health, obstetrics, and gynecology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of current medical guidelines and best practices in OB/GYN care
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience in high-risk obstetrics
• Ability to perform surgical procedures and minimally invasive gynecological surgeries
• Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical practice in OB/GYN
• Fellowship training in maternal-fetal medicine or gynecologic surgery is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 7 on/7 off schedule is preferred
• Certification in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS)
• Eligibility for medical licensure in the state
• Ability to travel for occasional conferences or training sessions if required
