The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting office operations by managing tasks such as scheduling, communication, and document organization.
Responsibilities- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Greeting and assisting visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- H.S Diploma or GED
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office products.
- Attention to detail.
- Multilingual may be preferred or required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- The desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others is important.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to push up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to pull up to 35 pounds.
- Sitting for long periods, general bending and twisting are associated with lifting.
- Local travel may be necessary.
