Warehouse Customer Service Assistant – On Trac

551 Courier St, Henderson, NV 89011

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Shift: Friday – Monday, 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of related industry experience and/or training in transportation and delivery or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, self‑manage, and work efficiently in stressful situations

• Track package deliveries, process and document problem packages, research issues when needed, and update OnTrac’s proprietary tracking system for customers, customer service team, and other facilities.
• Assist drivers in the checkout process, verifying that all packages are out for delivery; report missing or not out for delivery packages and prepare packages to go out for delivery if needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding their package status when needed.
• Research, analyze, and report on daily compliances to management and prepare business reports as needed.
