A&H Services LLC is seeking two highly motivated Lead Carpenters / Field Managers to lead field operations on residential remodeling and construction projects. This hands‑on leadership role requires both technical carpentry expertise and the ability to manage crews efficiently and professionally. You’ll be responsible for executing high-quality builds, maintaining safety and scheduling standards, and ensuring projects meet customer expectations. • Lead residential remodeling and construction projects in the field from start to finish.

• Supervise and mentor crew members, ensuring quality workmanship and on‑site efficiency.

• Maintain daily schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor material deliveries.

• Read and interpret blueprints, project scopes, and client specifications.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and A&H Services’ internal procedures.

• Communicate project status to management and clients.

• Perform hands‑on carpentry work when needed, leading by example.

• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite at all times.

• Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on carpentry and/or field leadership experience.

• Proven ability to lead small construction crews effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in blueprint reading, layout, framing, finish carpentry, and remodeling processes.

• OSHA 30 certification required.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Must be organized, self‑motivated, and accountable.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Bi‑weekly pay cycle.
