This position supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical infrastructure systems—including electrical, electronic, mechanical, and HVAC components—across SUPERNAP facilities. The technician collaborates with operations teams to reduce costs and improve efficiency through creative problem‑solving. Responsibilities include responding to customer requests, conducting power, cooling, and facility audits, and providing necessary reporting and documentation. The role also involves investigating anomalies in power, communication, and cooling systems, as well as identifying unusual sights, smells, or sounds to ensure uninterrupted service.

• Attend assigned meetings and training.
• Assist in ensuring customer compliance with Switch AUP.
• Provide technical escort when needed.

Entry Level

Permanent position based out of LAS VEGAS, NV.

Pay range: $56,160.00 – $56,160.00 per year.
