Core Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, text messaging, and live chats, responding to inquiries promptly and scheduling sales appointments.
  • Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and pairing them with a vehicle best suited for their lifestyle.
  • Perform professional vehicle demonstrations, highlighting the latest technology and desirable vehicle features, and coordinate test drives.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on product inventory, the latest vehicle technology, and optional packages to enhance the vehicle ownership experience.
  • Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork.
  • Personally deliver sold vehicles to the customer, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Log daily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment.
Desired Qualifications And Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required; automotive sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer relations skills (communication, active listening, empathy, product knowledge, etc.).
  • Outgoing, confident, and driven to achieve goals.
  • Proficient technology skills.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
Hours And Work Environment

We are open Monday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM. We are looking for candidates with flexible availability to work various shifts, including Saturdays, to meet business needs. This is an onsite position, requiring work indoors in the showroom and outdoors on the sales lot.
