• Greet every guest and team member with a warm, professional welcome.
• Handle ticketing, coupons, and seller passes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collect and validate promotional offers.
• Manage cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide support across operations as needed.
• Keep the vibe upbeat and customer experience top‑notch!

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Cash-handling experience and basic math skills.
• A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.
• Safety-focused and alert in a busy environment.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and comfortable working outdoors in all weather.

Schedule: Part-Time, Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
