Delivery Driver, Henderson

Overview

The successful Delivery Driver candidate will be passionate about Cannabis and customer service.

The Delivery Driver is responsible for providing our customers with a consistent best-in-class customer experience.

• Greet all customers with a positive and professional attitude
• Promote a positive work environment that puts the patient experience at the forefront and adheres to the established policies and procedures;
• Responsible for driving sales while adhering to selling standards to meet team and individual sales goals and metrics on a daily and weekly basis;
• Ability to quickly and accurately operate the Company's Point of Sale system;
• Maintain and update online and in-store menus throughout the day;
• Responsible for receiving and responding to internal communication;
• Attending regular mandatory training classes and staff meetings;
• Staying up to date on daily offers and sales specials; and
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment often during busy and stressful circumstances;
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Point of Sale software and cash management;
• Ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships;
• Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner;
• Ability to make basic mathematical calculations quickly and accurately; and
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts;
• Ability to handle large amounts of cash transactions.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred;
• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred;

• Be able to complete employment verification & W-4 and I-9 forms;
• Must have reliable transportation;
• Must not consume cannabis products during any time that would overlap with a scheduled work shift.
