Reporting to the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager, you will help lead the store team to provide a shopping experience that exceeds our customers’ expectations and makes a difference in the local community.

• Alongside the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager, lead the store team in adhering to store policies, standards, and practices.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders (including keyholder duties).
• Serve as a positive role model, representing our values of Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork, and Integrity.
• Train, manage workload, and support your team, whilst being hands‑on in store—ensuring collaborative resource allocation for optimal customer experience.
• Support the Store Manager in maximizing store performance, understanding, and implementing the store plan and priorities.
• Promote and assist in initiatives that benefit the local community.
• May be required to cover the Post Office duty when necessary.

• Must be aged 18 years or over for store legislative requirements and have previous store retail experience, with at least 6 months at a supervisory level leading a customer‑focused team.
• A natural ability to listen to, interact withวิต, and communicate with customers and team members.
• Target‑driven, focused on helping the store achieve business plans and priorities with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
• Inspiring all team members to deliver their best for each other and for the customer.

Full‑time or part‑time positions are available (17‑42.5 hours per week). Shift coverage on mornings, evenings, weekends, and any required shift is expected, with a degree of flexibility.
