• Customer Assistance:
  Engage with customers, helping them find items and providing an outstanding shopping experience through helpfulness, knowledge, and friendliness.
• Store Operations:
  Assist in general store operations, including customer assistance, processing transactions, merchandising, and order fulfillment as directed by leadership.
• Training and Development:
  Actively participate in training and development activities to grow your skills and knowledge.
• Professional Appearance:
  Maintain a neat personal appearance, wear the company uniform, and display your nametag proudly.
• Store Presentation:
  Keep displays stocked, organized, and meeting Aisle Maintenance Standards.
• Sales and Promotions:
  Participate in sales-building activities, promotions, customer service initiatives, and advocate for the ACE Rewards program.
• Safety:
  Report all injuries and issues to a Store Lead or above when observed.
