About the Role:

Our Housewares & Seasonal department is all about creating homes that feel welcoming and stylish. From kitchen essentials and home décor to seasonal ranges that bring the latest trends to life, this department offers variety and creativity every day.

You’ll be assisting customers with product selection, providing advice, and ensuring the department is well-stocked and beautifully presented. A keen eye for detail and an interest in home styling will be a real advantage.

This is a permanent part-time role, working 24 hours per week across Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday (This will be 3 x 8 hour days between the store open and closing hours of 7am - 7pm. Only applicants that can work these days, 8 hours per day on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday will be considered).

About You:

  • A passion for customer service excellence – helping customers find what they need is what you do best.
  • Good time management and communication skills – staying organised and clear in your interactions.
  • Physically fit – able to manage the demands of a busy retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work a roster including weekends – this role includes Saturday shifts.
  • Previous retail experience and/or knowledge of housewares or seasonal products will be viewed very favourably.
