We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and motivated Customer Services Team Leader to join our team at Mitre 10 MEGA Henderson to lead our team members and supervisors.

Combining your strong retail background and your ability to take the initiative, the Team Leader role will see you lead an already established and successful team and demonstrate your ability to challenge, motivate and drive the team in a fast pace and fun environment delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.

We are looking for a Team Leader to assist in the day-to-day management of the team to achieve maximum profitability, growth and efficiency within all departmental aspects and procedures of the store. This will see you taking accountability for:

  • Managing the team and maintaining the area
  • Ensure team members provide the best customer service possible,
  • Promote a team culture that encourages a positive working environment.

We are looking for a leaders with:

  • Customer Service Retail Leadership experience;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Experience in conflict resolution and confidence to make decisions as required;
  • The ability to manage a varied and busy work load;
  • A friendly and outgoing personality and great communication skills;
  • Excellent ability to assess customer's needs and a passion for providing a high-quality customer experience;
  • Have leadership skills and supervisory experience as you will be working with a sizeable team of part-timers and full-timers;
  • Ability to roster a large number of team members to ensure 100% coverage at check-out area and service desk;
  • Develop Team to achieve individual and organisational goals
  • Desire to achieve targets and drive performance daily;
  • Good knowledge of Stock Control Processes
  • High levels of energy and self-motivation.

This role is a full-time position,
40 hours per week,working Sunday to Thursday
. Workinga roster including one weekend day is a requirement of this role.
