The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, measurements, and cycle counts accurately and timely.
• Hanging signage and assembling merchandise and fixtures.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and delivering exceptional customer service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Add Value/Appreciate.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing coverage during special periods (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-direction and ability to complete tasks independently.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work on hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle, sometimes over long distances.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Travel as needed; push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally; frequently stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively; handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully; operate store equipment (excluding forklift if under 18).
• Move throughout the store efficiently and safely during shifts.
