We’re looking for pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote sales benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Work as part of a team to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

Pay starts at $10.50 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and other factors.

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for philanthropy and pop culture a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Note:

The pay range is $12 - $12.60/hour, with final salary determined by experience, education, location, and other factors.
