Job Overview

Join Target as a Style Consultant, working in Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty). The role involves helping guests discover everyday life, providing strong operations, and delivering an incredible guest experience through visual merchandising and presentations.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and support guest needs.
• Set visual presentations, maintain product availability, and execute priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization and ensure merchandise is located to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through, and support price change processes.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support guest services, such as back-up cashier, order pick-up, and Drive-up, and maintain a compliance culture.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping them solve their specific needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
