Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store visually. All while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress them with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm for pop culture.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure assigned areas are appealing.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells or magic, in a fun, themed manner.
• Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience, especially if you love music and pop culture.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $12 - $12.60 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
