Join Falcon Farms as a part‑time Flower Merchandiser and help bring color and joy to customers through beautiful floral arrangements.

$18.00/hr.

Location:

Various locations within your territory.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM and Saturday 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
Pay: $18.00 per hour.

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Collaborate with local teams and support teammates with special activities.

• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during the peak season (November to May).
