* POSITION OVERVIEW:

** The Car Wash Assistant Store Manager is responsible for all site operations including recruiting of staff, site safety, facilities management, customer service, driving sales, site compliance and the development of the car wash team.

* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

** The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
* Build sales and maintaining costs on their shift
* Ensure that all Team Members embody and exemplify the qualities and standards of the Terrible’s brand
* Increase Guest Satisfaction
* Ensure a premium carwash for each Guest - clean, dry & shiny car
* Ensure that each Guest receives a best-in-class service experience; hold self and Team Members to the best-in-class service expectation
* Maintain the car wash facility (tunnel, equipment room, lot, XPT’s, signage, vacuum area, office, restroom, break room) to standards to ensure a clean and inviting facility for each of our Guests
* Plan and prepare work schedules and assign employees to specific duties.
* Ensure ASM, Leads and employees are engaged in sales work, and quality of work, taking of inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records, or preparing daily record of transactions for Accountant, or performs work of subordinates, as needed.
* Provide operational oversite to ensure successful execution of all daily car wash activities, including making recommendations, selling car wash services and upselling products and promotional items as assigned
* Answer customers’ complaints or inquiries.
* Provide daily Recap Reports and deposits correctly and in a timely manner.
** QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

* High school diploma or GED required.
* Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
* Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Knowledge of car wash equipment and cleaning techniques preferred
** CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
** Must maintain standards required by company’s insurance requirements to operate customers vehicles at car wash location.
** SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
** This position will oversee the Car Wash Lead and all hourly Car Wash personnel for their assigned site.
** LANGUAGE SKILLS
** Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
** REASONING ABILITY
** Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
