• Prepare and assemble ingredients for soups, sauces, pastas, and lasagna to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Deliver and flawlessly execute recipes and maintain quality standards.
• Follow recipes and maintain proper mise en place and portion controls in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation and keep work areas clean and organized.
