About the Franchise

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, FRSCO Corporation, and not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, for example, when running the restaurant. However, this franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. If you are hired for the job described in this posting, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA.

Only the franchisee is responsible for employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervisions, staffing, and scheduling employees. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters at the restaurant.

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable team for the future.

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• Minimum age 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform general cleaning, including sweeping and mopping, and reach to clean tops of equipment.
• Ability to stand for entire shift up to 8 hours.
• ServSAFE certified and have attended McDonald’s training classes.
