Overview
Property Manager – responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of their property, ensuring it is maintained in good physical condition and is a stable fiscal operation.

Associates or better in Real Estate - Experience:
previous residential property management experience - License:
Driver’s License
- Promotes a professional environment that supports enthusiasm, accountability and teamwork.
- Meets commitments through timeliness, follow‑through and accountability; expects the same from the team.
- Oversees performance of all team members and works with subordinate supervisors as needed; prepares written evaluations at least annually.
- Ensures compliance with industry rules and company policies for potential residents, residents and co‑workers.
- Supports a work environment that exhibits teamwork and willingness to communicate; celebrates wins and applies resourcefulness to maintain and increase occupancy.
- Ensures team has necessary supplies, equipment, training and support for efficiency.
- Familiar with all aspects of duties performed by leasing team; supports work‑order process.
- Reviews property financial data regularly to ensure budget, benchmarks and goals are met; rewards success and addresses deficiencies.
- Works within the established budget.
- Works with residents to answer questions and address concerns.
- Reports accidents and emergency situations immediately and prepares proper reports.
- Continually walks property to ensure presentation is always at its best and takes action when necessary.
- Establishes schedules and ensures adequate staff is available to support leasing and resident services.
- Oversees training for all employees and works with Service Manager to promote safety.
- Ensures organization of resident functions, directly or through subordinate team members.
