We are seeking Primary Care Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) to join our fully integrated, multi-specialty medical group.

This is a flexible, outpatient-only opportunity designed for APPs who value team-based care, professional growth, and long-term stability in a thriving community.

This role supports the same clinics and care model as our Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians, offering APPs the opportunity to practice at the top of their license within a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

• Nevada Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Nevada (or ability to obtain)
