As the Director of Nursing
, you will be a key leader responsible for maintaining the highest standards of patient care while guiding and supporting a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure excellence in care.
• Goal Setting: Establish departmental goals and track progress to ensure top-tier performance.
• Policy Development: Create and implement effective nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Budget Oversight: Manage departmental budgets to ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively.
• Direct Reporting: Report directly to the Administrator, offering insight into department performance and patient care.
• Quality of Care: Maintain and uphold high standards of patient care, ensuring the safety and comfort of every resident.
• Confidentiality & Record Keeping: Manage patients’ medical records with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
• Clear Communication: Foster open communication with physicians, patients, and family members to ensure transparent updates on patient health and care plans.
• Staff Meetings: Schedule and lead staff meetings to discuss patient updates, issues, and collaborative recommendations.

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• State RN Licensure in NV
• 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare facility with a solid understanding of skilled nursing care.
• Strong Critical Thinking & Adaptability: Ability to think critically and make quick, informed decisions in dynamic situations.
