This case includes tube feedings, insulin checks, and medication management with structured daily visit times. Perfect for nurses looking for stable visits or consistent shift blocks.

6:00 AM 9:00 AM 10:00 AM 1:00 PM 2:00 PM 4:00 PM 6:00 PM 8:00 PM

⏰ Shift Options: 📍 Locations Henderson: 89011

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• OR Full Day: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Flexible options available

💵 Wage: LPN: $35 per hour/visit

• Tube feeding administration and monitoring
• Insulin checks and blood glucose management
• Medication administration and documentation
• Skilled nursing assessments
• Electronic charting

• Active Nevada LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience
• Experience with tube feeding & insulin management preferred
• Ability to document electronically
• Ability to lift/pull up to 50 lbs
• Current BLS certification
• Negative TB test (within 1 year) or chest X-ray
• Physical exam (within 6 months)
• Pass drug screen and background check
• Valid driver’s license & proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
