Nurse Manager Seven Hills Hospital is a growing, private, 134-bed psychiatric hospital dedicated to providing high-quality care for adults, geriatrics, and adolescents (ages 5-17) with behavioral health and chemical dependency issues. Our patients recover at a state-of-the-art facility in the Seven Hills area of Henderson, Nevada. Henderson is a fast-growing city located about 7 miles from the Las Vegas Strip and a few miles from Lake Mead.

Join a team of highly dedicated professionals. We are seeking a full-time Nurse
Manager who will be a member of the Nursing Leadership Team and provide guidance for House Supervisors on staffing issues, personnel conflicts, and professional development while fostering an environment conducive to nursing excellence.
- Work with the CNO and ADON on maintaining adequate, cost-efficient staffing of all hospital units.
- Maintain nursing guidelines and best practices by researching, developing policies and procedures, and training front-line staff.
- Assure quality of care by developing and interpreting hospital and nursing department philosophies and standards of care; enforce adherence to the State Board of Nursing Practice Act requirements and other governing agency regulations; measure health outcomes against standards and adjust as needed.
- Manage Medical Code Responses and provide ongoing continuous training for staff.
- Develop and manage the nursing preceptor/mentorship program.
- Develop and manage the Infection Control Program.
- Formulate and implement staffing schedules.
- Notify the CNO of all incidents and events.
- Assist the CNO in identifying/investigating staff performance issues and participate in employee counseling as directed by the CNO.
- BS Nursing
- Two (2) years psych/chemical dependency nursing preferred
- One (1) year supervisory experience
- NV Registered Nurse license
