• Performing in-depth patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic procedures, and crafting personalized treatment approaches
• Diagnosing and treating a variety of acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in partnership with physicians or independently (depending on your credentialing)
• Educating patients and their families on preventative measures, wellness strategies, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapies within your scope
• Participating in follow-up care and chronic condition management
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and seamless care
• Maintaining thorough and precise documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Nevada
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the capacity to obtain within 90 days)

• Robust clinical judgment accompanied by a caring bedside manner
• Superior communication abilities with patients, families, and fellow clinical team members
