Registered Nurse

Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to assess patient care needs, conduct nursing evaluations, and provide treatment within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed.

• Assess patient care needs, conduct nursing evaluations, and provide treatment within the scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed.
• Perform and document medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administer medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice.
• Maintain medical equipment, ensure a clean and safe environment, and follow infection control procedures.
• Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Educate patients on health promotion and participate in follow-up care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree (A.S.) is required;
  Bachelor's degree (BSN) from a four‑year college or university is preferred.
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required.
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.

• Primary Care nursing experience is preferred.

• Mon, Wed, Fri: 8 a‑5 p, 60 min lunch
• Tue & Thu: 8 a‑5 p OR 10 a‑7 p, 60 min lunch
• Sat: 8 a‑1 p, no lunch
