Fund Development Specialist

Living Grace Homes is seeking a Fund Development Specialist to support our fundraising efforts, with a primary focus on grant writing, tracking, and reporting. This role is ideal for a mission-driven professional who enjoys strong execution, organization, and meaningful impact, and who is interested in growing with a nonprofit serving pregnant and parenting young women.

• Research, write, and submit grant proposals
• Manage grant deadlines, calendars, and compliance requirements
• Prepare grant reports and track outcomes and impact data
• Coordinate funding documentation and supporting materials
• Support fund development efforts, including stewardship and campaign coordination
• Collaborate with leadership and program staff to align funding with impact

• Experience supporting nonprofit grants or fund development
• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively
• $30–$40 per hour, based on experience
• Contract position with potential to grow into a full-time role
• Flexible schedule, approximately 20–30 hours per week,
