American Furniture Rental (AFR) is looking a for a Furniture Repair Specialist in our location in Henderson, NV

Must have experience repairing furniture and home items. repainting, reupholstery, regluing, etc. Able to help in warehouse.

Able to have a clean background and able to pass pre-employment drug test.

Repair furniture product for rent or to be sold on clearance floor.

• Clean, touch up, repair and /or refinish furniture.
• Report any problems with furniture to Operations/Branch Manager.
• Follow prescribed processes for refinishing product.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Must be able to see color.
• Refinishing and touch up of wood and High-Pressure laminate.
• Burn in work.
• Grain matching.
• Ability to use power tools and spray guns.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

EXPERIENCE
:

• Applying & mixing touch up colors.
• Refinishing and touch up experience in a production environment.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL

QUALIFICATIONS:

• This job will require lifting 75 pounds, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, and being physically active for extended periods of time.
