Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Principal Architect to lead their office in Henderson or Las Vegas, NV
. This role combines leadership, business development, and client engagement responsibilities. You will guide project teams, strengthen client relationships, and position the firm as a trusted partner and industry leader in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Partner with senior leadership to align strategic goals, optimize resources, and ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Drive growth and profitability within the regional market while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
• Mentor and develop staff, promoting professional growth and team success.

Project Oversight

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing complex conversations and expectations.
• Support teams in delivering innovative, high-quality design solutions aligned with client objectives.

Business Development

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat work and referrals.
• Identify new opportunities and lead strategies to expand the client base.
• Oversee proposals and presentations, collaborating with marketing and project teams.
• Represent the firm at industry events and stay informed on market trends to guide growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture and active licensure (Nevada license preferred).
• 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
