As part of our production crew, you’ll be accountable for delivering quality work on time and in full, ensuring the safety and well-being of yourself and your colleagues, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Your focus will be on achieving operational excellence while adhering to safety standards and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. What’s involved

Complete tasks within set time frames to meet production standards.

Ensure a Zero Harm Safety Culture is maintained at all times.

Maintain a clean and tidy work environment to promote operational efficiency.

Waste Reduction:
Identify opportunities for improving material usage and minimising waste. You’ll need

Essential

Proven experience as a Trades Assistant or similar.

Physical Dexterity and Fitness for manual tasks and lifting.

Basic Math Skills to handle measurements and calculations.

Attention to Detail to ensure quality and accuracy in your work.

Desirable Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Experience in Marine Insulation or similar industries.
