The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) is looking to hire a full-time Supervisor for a position in the commercial cleaning of casinos and resorts in Henderson, NV. This leadership role offers 11:00PM – 8:00AM shifts with a pay range of $17.50 - $18.00/hour

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FULL-TIME SUPERVISOR As a full-time Supervisor / Manager / Lead, you are the front-line support structure for our team members and our clients. You arrive for your shift early, receive pass-down information from the previous shift, meet with your team, and set them up for success. You may perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, disinfecting surfaces, replenishing supplies, or training and mentoring a team member.
You are responsible for inspecting public areas and team members’ work to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded, reinforcing TBC s 5-Star Hospitality Training focused on Customer Service Satisfaction. You should be flexible to work weekends, holidays, rotation shifts, and long hours. You are also responsible for inventory control, participating in TBC employee recognition & rewards, reinforcing our corporate safety culture and regulatory policies, and delivering superior client and team member service.

Qualifications For a Full-time Supervisor
- 21 years old or older.
- High School education or GED.
- Two-Three years prior public area, housekeeping or cleaning supervisory experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience with Front and Back of House Operations in Resorts, Hotels, and/or Casinos.
- Strong background in cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation.
Previous resort and commercial cleaning and leadership experience is preferred. If you are fast, efficient, self-motivated, and eager to do a good job with a positive, can-do attitude, you might be perfect for this role.
