The Cleaner On Call part time position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Housekeeping/Cleaner experience is required. Open availability at night.

$17.00/hr paid weekly

On Call - As Needed at Night; including Weekends

• Minimum 1 year of Housekeeping/Janitorial Work Experience
• Customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, coworkers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
• Clean and vacuum carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment
• Clean tabletops, chairs and equipment in food areas, suites and lounges
• Clean, service and maintain necessary supplies for assigned restrooms
• Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners with sponges and squeegees
• Keep janitor’s closet neat and orderly and maintain equipment in good working order
• Gather and empty trash
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned
