Personal Injury Case Manager

Personal Injury Law Firm located in Henderson, Nevada. We are in search of an experienced pre-litigation Case Manager with 5+ years in Personal Injury case management to join our team. Our firm is committed to customer service, productivity, organization, and positivity.

• Providing essential administrative support to the attorney’s
• Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Initiating claims with insurance companies
• Efficiently collecting, reviewing, and organizing medical records and bills
• Data entry into our case management software (Filevine)
• Drafting demand letters with the assistance of an attorney
• Working with insurance adjsuters
• Maintaining consistent written and oral communication with clients

• 5+ years of prior experience as a personal injury case manager
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Working knowledge of insurance companies
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
