We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our team. The right candidate is someone who thrives on helping businesses grow, enjoys a collaborative environment, and is ready to step into our dynamic and respected firm. You’ll work closely with clients across a range of industries and help shape the continued growth of our business law practice.

• Advise clients on business formation, structuring, and ongoing operations—including contracts, employment matters, tax considerations, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent buyers and sellers in complex business transactions, including asset and stock sales.
• Lead negotiations and draft a wide range of contracts, including operating agreements, buy/sell agreements, management agreements, employment and independent contractor agreements, and service, vendor, and joint venture agreements.
• Support clients through real estate transactions, including lease negotiation and contract review.
• Provide strategic input on succession planning and long-term business goals.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Nevada
• 3+ years of legal experience in business or corporate law
• Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated matters independently
• Strong writing, drafting, and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent time management

• CPA certification or LL.M. in Taxation
• Background in real estate law or business succession planning
