Job Description
Busy insurance defense law firm seeks an attorney licensed in Nevada for full time employment.
Experience:
Applicant must have at least 3 - 7 years of experience and must have experience in Personal Injury or Insurance Defense.
Work arrangement:
Applicant is permitted to work remotely, however, must be available for in person appearances and trials.
- Proficient in handling cases from start to finish, including drafting responsive pleadings and motions, handling discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlements, reporting to clients, etc.
- Ability to handle a full case load and be detail oriented with strong organization, communication, and computer skills.
- Licensed attorney in Nevada.
- 3 - 7 years of experience in Personal Injury or Insurance Defense.
