We’re looking for an experienced Senior Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with wills, trusts (including advanced irrevocable trusts), tax strategies, and client counseling. You’ll work directly with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families to develop thoughtful, personalized estate plans—and collaborate with an experienced legal team that values professionalism, innovation, and heart.

• Design and implement customized estate plans, including revocable living trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and advance health care directives.
• Draft and implement complex irrevocable trusts and advanced planning structures for tax mitigation, wealth transfer, and asset protection.
• Provide advice on trust and estate administration, probate, and related tax matters.
• Conduct client consultations and explain estate planning concepts with clarity and confidence.
• Stay current on federal and Nevada-specific laws impacting estate, tax, and trust planning.
• Collaborate with paralegals, associate attorneys, and other team members to deliver exceptional client service.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Nevada
• 5+ years of experience in estate planning and asset protection (business law experience a plus)
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple matters independently
• Team-oriented and committed to continuous learning and client care

• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience with trust administration and/or probate litigation
• Experience with Wealth Counsel or other estate planning software
• Salary range: $130,000-$170,000
