Candidates should have substantial experience in advising on the tax aspects of real estate transactions and with partnership taxation
, particularly in real estate and complex joint ventures. The role involves advising on high-profile transactions, including joint ventures with taxable and tax-exempt partners, debt and equity financings, and tax-efficient fund structures.
Qualified candidates will have at least seven years of relevant experience
, exceptional analytical and business skills, and strong credentials such as an LL.M. in Taxation
, CPA designation
, or experience at a large law firm or accounting firm.
No portable book of business is required.
