Inpatient Rehab Liaison – HCA Healthcare

Job Summary and Responsibilities- This position involves reviewing medical conditions from acute, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), homes, and assisted living facilities.
- You will develop targeted growth plans and apply market analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
- Your responsibilities will include educating the community, referral sources, and physicians about hospital programs and services; identifying strategic growth opportunities; and resolving admission barriers to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Licensed as a PTA, COTA, LVN or LPN
-OR- - Bachelor’s degree OR
- 2+ years experience as a healthcare liaison preferred.
- 2+ years experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse, or other licensed professional in specialty, in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation preferred.
- Certified Registered Rehab Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.
- Current driver’s license in the employed state and an acceptable driving record as per company policy required.
