• Responsible for the timely preparation, seasoning, and cooking of food for patients, employees, physicians, and visitors.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; graduate from a formal school specializing in institutional cooking preferred.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Current Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
