JOB SUMMARYCare Managers deliver loving care to residents, building strong relationships while assisting with daily living activities. Enjoy support from a caring team in a family‑like environment, and share creative solutions to improve resident lives.

- Perform duties in accordance with established methods and techniques.
- Ensure residents’ privacy, respect, and dignity.
- Detect, correct, and report unsafe conditions.
- Assure physical comfort, safety, and mental well‑being of residents.
- Assist in daily requirements: toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake, hair and nails care, moving residents, responding to calls.
- Participate in and attend monthly in‑service meetings, all training, and departmental meetings.

- License/Certification: Successful completion of state‑approved medication administration training, first aid certification, and other applicable state requirements.
- Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must read/write English. Previous health‑care experience preferred. - Continuing
Education:
Attend monthly in‑service educations as required by law. - Job Knowledge: Knowledge of procedures and techniques for resident care services, universal precautions, and equipment care.
- Other: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procurement manuals. Good communication skills. Provide maximum resident‑care services within delegated tasks. Show good judgment in recognizing symptoms indicating resident condition change.
* Team members scheduled to work 24+ hours per week are eligible for benefits; families of said team members also eligible.
