Responsibilities

EducationQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Acceptable phlebotomy training program.
Technical SkillsBasic computer knowledge required.
License/CertificationPhlebotomy certification required upon hire (Laboratory Assistant or Point of Care Analyst license may be substituted for certification). Licensed Practical Nurse, License Advanced EMT and Licensed Paramedic are also accepted. If national certification then Laboratory Assistant or Point of Care Analyst licensure with the State of Nevada within 6 months of hire.
OtherPrefer previous experience as a Lab Assistant, phlebotomist, emergency room technician, LPN or paramedic with phlebotomy skill set.
