Responsibilities
Provides leadership and supervision to the Nutrition Services staff to maintain effective communications and public relations. Plans, organizes, directs and controls all activities of the department to provide optimum food service for patients, employees and visitors.
Qualifications- Shift: FULL TIME DAYS
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or a closely related field approved by the American Dietetic Association. - Experience:
At least two years clinical experience in an acute care hospital or institutional food service facility - Technical

Computer skills:
Windows, Excel, Word, cash register - License/Certification:
Valid registration as a Registered Dietician from the American Dietetics Association (ADA). May require State licensure as required by Nevada State Law. Specialty certification (CDE, CNSD, CSP, CDR) may be required for a specialty position. - Other:
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient.
