Vineyard Henderson Memory Care, located in Henderson, NV is seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Partner to provide high-quality care to the residents in our community.

Caregiver "Care Partner" Current CPR Certification

** Responsibilities of the Care Partner**

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy.
• Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.

Required Experience

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have approved Caregiver Certification required by the state.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.

** Job Type**

• Full and Part Time Needed (hours 6:00 am to 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm)
