This position combines clinical therapy work (in-person and/or via telehealth) with supervision of CSW-Interns, MFT-Interns and/or CPC-Interns offering a unique opportunity to grow as both a clinician and a leader in the field.

reTHINK Therapy is an outpatient counseling group that provides individual and group therapy for kids, teens, adults, couples, and families. While trauma, faith-based, and kids/teens are our niches, we serve folks with various life struggles.

In this role, you will be able to work directly with clients and provide clinical supervision to post-graduate interns. The Clinical Supervisor & Licensed Therapist role at reTHINK Therapy combines clinical practice with the supervision of post-graduate interns. The balance of responsibilities varies based on the number of interns assigned, with some therapists maintaining a higher caseload and fewer supervision duties, while others focus more on supervision with a reduced caseload. This position is highly customizable, but here are the general requirements.

• Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work or equivalent, and
• Active license as an LCSW in the State of Nevada for at least 3 years, and
• Available to complete 1,200 direct client sessions
• Available to supervise CSW-Interns and/or MFT-Interns/CPC-Interns (as a secondary supervisor)
• Available to work four 10-hour days,
• Desire to work with clients who are seeking Faith-Based Counseling or Christian Counseling,
• Connect with our mission and values, and
• Want to be a part of a growing positive therapy community.
• Board approved as a supervisor is preferred but not a must, so long as you are 3 years post licensure and desire to be a supervisor we will consider you for the position.
