Finance and Accounting Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting to manage finance operations and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Serve as lead accountant for client businesses, overseeing the accounting team and ensuring value delivery Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll accuracy Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics and compliance with GAAP

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration 10 years of experience in finance roles, preferably as a Controller or Director of Finance in a SaaS firm Strong Quick Books Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or Net Suite is a plus Master's degree in accounting, MBA, or CPA license preferred Experience in revamping accounting and operational processes and technologies
