We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA, USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

• Process escrow disbursements for property taxes, homeowners insurance, mortgage insurance, and other escrow-related expenses.
• Review and reconcile escrow accounts to ensure proper funding and disbursement.
• Conduct escrow analyses and adjust escrow accounts as needed to ensure compliance with RESPA guidelines.
• Research and resolve escrow discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
• Communicate with tax authorities, insurance companies, and borrowers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
• Assist in managing escrow account setups, renewals, and cancellations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in customer service within mortgage or financial services.

• Experience working with tax authorities and insurance providers.
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing software and escrow analysis tools.
• 1+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, escrow, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of escrow processes, tax payments, and insurance disbursements.
• Familiarity with RESPA, CFPB regulations, and industry guidelines.
• Proficiency in mortgage servicing platforms (e.g., MSP, Black Knight, FIS, or similar).
