While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting other whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

• Responsible for improving guest service, developing and implementing new promotions, maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP guests.
• Explaining promotions, programs, and any current giveaways to all guests. Explains the benefits and privileges of using a player's card.
• Responsible for developing and increasing guest visits and play habits.

• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness card (Must be at least 21 years of age)
• At least two (2) years of previous experience.
• Must be professional and maintain confidentiality to surveillance operations and activities.
